Throughout my working career as an Architect in Private Practice in Newcastle upon Tyne, I have been regularly involved in various facets of both Art and Architecture.

 

Since retiring from Architecture in 2007, I have been able to find time to concentrate on my longstanding ambition to develop my painting techniques.

 

I am now delighted to display a wide variety of my paintings, from traditional watercolours through to modern acrylics and photorealistic paintings.

 

Somewhat inevitably, the subject matter of most of my paintings relates to the built environment, though I have included a number of landscapes for good measure.
